- 87.5 hours of parent outreach will be provided each school year
- 4K will be inclusive to special education students and English language learners.
- MMSD will partner with Early Childhood Centers to provide support for Special Education students, ELLs, and students with challenging behaviors.
- MMSD will provide transportation to students living in the attendance boundaries, and will provide transportation to daycare if the daycare setting is in the attendance boundaries.
- After three years 4K will be a source of revenue for MMSD
- All 4K classrooms are required to have a licenced teacher.
- Early Childhood Centers will have a 1:10 teacher to student ratio, and MMSD sites will have a 1:15 ratio
